Cousins' Cheese Dip

My grandma’s recipe for cheese dip. She always has a batch of it in the fridge when the cousins come to visit. (It's also is great for breakfast! Faster to heat up than it is to cook eggs, and it already has breakfast sausage as an ingredient. What's the problem here?)

Ingredients and Equipment Instructions
  • Large skillet
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground hot breakfast sausage

Brown beef and sausage in skillet. Drain fat.

  • 2 lbs processed cheese food

Add cheese food. Heat to melt.

  • 8 oz salsa

Add salsa.

Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
